“Taking a pause..”
It is so important to take a "pause" in life from time to time.
Whether that be at the beginning of the day (before interacting with people, going places or starting in our our "to do's"), during the course of the day when annoyances "trigger" us into our autonomic way of responding, or strategically planning a vacation getaway (solo or with family/friends).
Taking a "pause" offers us the opportunity to check in with ourselves about how we are feeling, potentially making space for a different kind of response and ultimately bringing us closer in alignment with what we want, need and enjoy.
