  • Expectation vs Intention - take time to look into the definition of these two words and consider your thoughts surrounding this. Write them down.

    Declutter your mind - distance yourself from drama and focus on your wants and needs

  • Eat healthy - Sleep - Breath- Exercise

    Spend time each day listening to your body - take time each day for 10 deep breaths, pay attention that what your body is feeling.

    Get plenty of rest (go to sleep early and give your body enough time to re-energize nightly)

    Do you have feelings of discomfort? Sit with that and pay attention to where in your body you are feeling that discomfort (tension, tightness, pressure, pain). Pay attention to other areas of your body where you feel the opposite (relaxed, light, flow).

  • Check in with yourself about your spiritual beliefs. Do you believe in a higher purpose? What have your most challenging experiences taught you? How have they helped you to grow? How are you evolving?
